Return Policy

Eligibility Window

  • For full-priced items, return requests are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Return requests submitted outside this window will not be approved.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges applied to the return shipment, regardless of carrier. Any such amounts billed to us will be deducted from the refund.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In the exact same condition as when shipped
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Free of odors, scents, fragrances, smoke, or cleaning agents
  • Free of new wear, marks, staining, fabric degradation, or damage
  • Returned with all original accessories, including dust bags, garment bags, tags (if applicable), and packaging
  • Items returned with signs of wear, use beyond a brief try-on, exposure to fragrance or deodorization attempts, or any alteration in condition will not be accepted.

Return Condition Verification

  • All items are documented with detailed photographs prior to shipment.
  • All returns are inspected and compared against pre-shipment documentation upon receipt.
  • Any discrepancy in condition will result in the return being rejected or adjusted at our discretion.

Return Authenticity and Item Substitution

  • Returned items must be the same item originally shipped.
  • Any indication of item substitution, part replacement, or return of a different item — even if identical in size or model — will result in immediate rejection of the returnand may be escalated further.

Refund Outcomes

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit

If a return is not approved:

  • The item may be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
  • If the return shipping expense is not paid within a reasonable time period, the item may be held without refund. 

Final Sale Items

  • All items marked as promotion, sale, clearance, discounted, or purchased using any promotional code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment arrives lost, stolen, or damaged, we will work with the carrier and the customer to pursue a resolution.
  • Final determinations are subject to carrier claim outcomes and policies.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a shipment is in carrier custody.
